Hi Mom & Somos Los Jotos

There comes a time in every twenty-something-gen-y'er-mormon-young-professional life when they realize that the vast vacuum of the internet is void of something: more personal information about themselves shared publicly to anyone apt enough to google it!

I am tired of being begged. I am tired of Mom asking me if I have updated my blog, subsequently reminding her that I don't have one. I am tired of having a voice to sing sweet melodies, and no ears for it to fall upon. So, here I am, entering the blogosphere in hopes that these relentless requests will stop and the quench for more me will be satiated.

Now, when it is late at night, perhaps on Christmas Eve, and you are stirring out of excitement and anticipation of the gifts you will receive in the morning, you will be able to simply log online and conveniently check out what I have been doing, you can read about my thoughts on seemingly pointless subjects and maybe, just maybe, if you are lucky, you will get to see pictures of my life. This will not only provide a distraction for you to kill time since you can't sleep, but it will be a virtual gift of Chris Information. A Godsend it will be.

My hope is that this blog will be as fun as that time I was with the jotos and ... nevermind.

One of my favorite things about blogs are the pictures, and as I wouldn't want to disappoint with my first post, below are a few gems of me, for you. Some tie into this very post, some were previously in the vault, and some are just little glimpses into my life.

Merry Christmas from the Marriott School of Business, K-Hill division.

In Guatemala dancing with Juan Carlos. Sigh, I miss him...
Yes, you heard me, that is a man in drag. Mind your business. This was before eating the insects, but after _______.

Proof that I am in fact Mormon.
Don't let the blue hair & young face hiding behind the U distract you; that's me on the far right.

Like a gift on Christmas morning, me and Joto Numero Uno & I opening a secret from Victoria.
